I am a very proud to be a member of the central team, working as School Improvement Partner. I am also the Headteacher at Costessey Primary School, which is one of the largest primary schools in Norfolk.  I have worked as Headteacher/Executive Headteacher for over 8 years and have over 17 years of experience in education. I currently work with the Julian Teaching Hub as a lead facilitator for NPQH, working with new and aspiring headteachers in the local area. In my roles, I have supported many senior and middle leaders in all aspects of their work, with a particular focus on school improvement planning, curriculum design and providing quality professional development.
