I am part of the central education team and work as School Improvement Partner, supporting colleagues across our 12 schools. In addition, I am the serving Headteacher at Elm Tree Primary, and have proudly led the rapid improvements to staff development, curriculum, ethos and behaviours for a number of years.  Elm Tree was graded as Good in summer 2022 and Outstanding for Behaviour and Attitudes.

My passion for educational research, a sharp focus on rich curricula and supporting colleagues to continually grow and develop, has been developed over twenty years in education.  I feel privileged to carry out my roles and continually work hard to improve the practice of myself and those around me, to ensure all children get the very best opportunities possible - both pastorally and academically.
